Your donations do not have a value problem. They have a reach problem.
A book sale can only reach the people who walk through the door on the day. The items that carry real value are usually wanted by someone three states away who will never attend.

The problem most groups actually have.
Donations arrive faster than they can be sold. Storage fills. Volunteers spend Saturdays moving boxes rather than running the sale. And every so often something genuinely valuable goes out for a dollar because nobody had time to look it up.
None of that is a failure of effort. It is arithmetic. A sale that runs a few times a year cannot absorb donations that arrive every week.

What changes.
- The overflow leaves the building, at no cost, without volunteer labour.
- The items with genuine online value get found instead of guessed at.
- Your sale keeps running exactly as it does. We only take what it could not move.
- A second income line arrives on a regular cycle, separate from the sale.

Taking it to your board.
Boards ask the same handful of questions, and they are good ones. What does it cost, what is the split, who is liable, and how do we get out of it. All four are answered on the terms page.
We are happy to attend a meeting in person anywhere in the Tampa Bay area, or to join by phone. We can send the agreement, a W-9 and a certificate of insurance ahead of time so the vote is not held up by paperwork.
